Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026 · Version 3.3
This is a courtesy translation; in case of conflict the Turkish version prevails. Turkish version: Çerez Politikası.
This policy explains how Sistemiya uses cookies and similar technologies on its website, in the operator panel and on the public booking pages provided on behalf of businesses (/r/business-name).
General Approach
Sistemiya does not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies. Visits are measured with a counter that runs on our own servers, sets no cookies and stores no IP address or browser information.
Under the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices, only cookies that are strictly necessary for providing the service do not require explicit consent; advertising, analytics and marketing cookies are subject to explicit consent. Since no cookie requiring consent is used on the site, no cookie consent banner is shown.
If this changes and a cookie requiring consent is introduced, a consent banner will be added in which the cookies run only after you give consent and the "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Customise preferences" options are offered with equal accessibility, and this policy will be updated.
Cookies We Use
The following cookies are strictly necessary for providing the service and do not require explicit consent under KVKK Article 5/2-c:
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
session_id (panel), admin_session_id (administration) | Maintaining the session of a logged-in user (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) | At most 90 days; deleted on logout |
Bot verification cookie (cf_*) | Verification against automated attacks at the sign-up, form and booking steps (Cloudflare Turnstile) | Managed by the provider |
Third-Party Cookies and Embedded Content
Sistemiya does not place third-party tracking cookies (for example, advertising networks or social media pixels) directly on the website. The page counter sends no data to any third party; it keeps only the address of the page viewed, the domain of the referring site and the names of sign-up steps as daily totals, and deletes these totals after 400 days. The counter runs only on Sistemiya's public website; page views are not counted in the operator panel or on businesses' public booking pages.
The following third-party content is loaded only at the relevant step and page; when it loads, the provider receives your browser's IP address and browser information and may use its own cookies:
| Content | Where | Provider | When it loads |
|---|---|---|---|
| Secure payment frame (3D Secure) | Panel → payment step | PayTR (Türkiye) | Only when you start a payment |
| Business location map | Public booking page | Google Maps (USA) | Only when you press the "Haritayı göster" ("Show map") button; not loaded when the page opens |
| Bot verification widget | Sign-up, form and booking steps | Cloudflare Turnstile | When you open the relevant form |
Browser Local Storage
The operator panel uses your browser's local storage to improve your experience. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to Sistemiya's servers:
| Key | Content | Storage |
|---|---|---|
sistemiya.dashboard.v1 and theme keys | Panel view, grid and theme preferences | localStorage (until you delete it) |
| Support chat history | The last 30 messages of the in-panel support chat; deleted when the tab is closed | sessionStorage |
sistemiya_sayac_kapali | Your objection to the page counter (the "Your analytics preference" section below) | localStorage |
For visitors arriving through a partner link (?ref= code), the partner code is kept in the browser's session storage (sessionStorage) only for the session of that tab, to be carried to the sign-up form; it is sent to the server only if sign-up is completed and is deleted when the tab is closed. No persistent attribution cookie is written.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, your session ends and you need to log in to the panel again.
You can object to the cookieless page counter under KVKK Article 11: when you tick the "Your analytics preference" box at the bottom of this page, no measurement request is sent from this browser.
You can reach your browser's cookie settings as follows: for Chrome and Edge, the "Privacy and security" section of the settings menu; for Firefox, the "Privacy & Security" preferences; for Safari, "Preferences → Privacy".
