Sistemiya builds AI agents that take routine work off small businesses. We start in Turkey, where most service businesses still run on phone calls and direct messages, and design every product so it can later serve other markets.
Sistemiya is built on Claude by Anthropic. Names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses in customer messages are replaced with placeholders before they reach the model, and every data processor we use is listed publicly in our sub-processor list.
Answers customers of salons, barbers, clinics and other appointment-based businesses on Instagram DM, WhatsApp, e-mail and the web, in Turkish. It checks availability, books, reschedules and cancels appointments through tool calls to our scheduling backend, sends reminders and hands the conversation to a person when needed.
Sistemiya is operated by Abdullah Uyar, a sole proprietorship registered with the Turkish Revenue Administration in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey. Product work began in spring 2026 and the business was registered in October 2026. The founder, Abdullah Uyar, designs and builds the product.
